Attendees: Tati Micheletti, Takuya Iwanaga, Pedro Almeida, Vitor Hirata Sanches, Zhu Zhiyi, Mahnaz Ahmadi

Takuya provided a recap of the recent meeting.

Pedro is interested in co-leading the event.

Zhu Zhiyi offered to help with preparation, though she is unlikely to attend in person.
Funding for Pedro to attend is currently uncertain (see Action Items).
Planning will primarily take place via the online document to facilitate asynchronous collaboration. If specific planning meetings are required, Tati can assist in setting them up.
